Twelve masterminders from diverse industries, roles, and career stages will have an opportunity to participate in a fast-track accountability project that aims to advance and transform their careers.

By the end of the program, AMC participants will have achieved meaningful progress toward a specific, actionable goal. They will cultivate stronger accountability habits, gain clarity in their career and life direction, and experience measurable growth both personally and professionally. Each member will leave with a clear, sustainable plan for maintaining momentum, enriched by the supportive connections formed within the mastermind and enhanced by strengthened skills in self-discipline, goal-setting, and achievement.
